Verifying Identification (KYC) is a must! After completing the KYC process, your account will reach level 4. At level 4, you can use Real MT5 account. After successfully registered, an available screen will appear for you to verify your identity (KYC) but if it doesn't appear, you can choose "Setting & Support" and then tap your email address. From now on, please follow these steps:
1. Select your country & document type
2. Upload or take photo of your ID document (front side and back side) and scan your face (follow the given instruction on the screen while scanning your face).
3. You have successfully submitted your document. You will receive an email from bitcastle saying: " Your account level is at Level 3 - Upgrade to account level 3 successfully"
