Rollover is a procedure for all the MACS Accounts during which revenue shall be distributed among the MACS Manager and the MACS Investors according Money Manager's Offer and all the applications for deposit and withdrawal shall be processed.
Rollovers run periodically according to the timer or on the Admin’s/Money Manager’s command. Rollovers are launched for each MACS account individually.
The MACS Account Rollover (“Rollover”) takes place on all MACS Accounts at the beginning of each trading hour and may last for several minutes.
The Money Manager is permitted to apply for changing of the Rollover period. At the same time the Manager has to specify the reasons for such changes.
