1. Log in to your bitcastle account.
2. Click on [Forex], then select [Forex Trading] from the dropdown menu.
3. The Forex trading screen will open. Click [Open Real Account]
4. Next, click [Create New Account].
5. Choose your preferred [Account Type] – [Standard] or [Pro] – then click [Continue].
> Each account type has its own requirements, so choose the one that suits your trading style!
6. Fill in the required details carefully and click [Continue]again.
7. Complete the final fields, then click [Create]

🔺 Important Notes Before You Start 🔺
**Starting Fresh
If you already have a bitcastle account (Level 2, 3, or 4) created via the *website*, please register for your FX account there.
You *cannot* create an FX account on the app if you’ve already gone through web verification.
**The default account type is *Standard*.
(1) Open the bitcastleFX App and tap [Create Account]
(2) Enter your *email address*, check the box to agree to the Terms & Policy, then tap [Register]
(3) Check your email inbox for a *verification code* 📨
> Please make sure to follow the password rules carefully!
*Note: Please check password rules carefully before creating one.
(4)Fill in your personal information:
(5)Yay! You’ve registered 🎉
Now it's time for **Identity Verification**
(6) Start the Identity Verification by choosing where you are living in.
(7) Continue choosing your Nationality and type of eligible document
(8) Start taking photo or uploading your front side and back side of your identity document
(9) After that, please live scan your face
(10) Your Identity Verification has been completed and please wait within 24h for your result.
(11) There are 3 status that will be applied to your account:
* Pending status: Your document is being reviewed
* Rejected status: Your document is rejected. You will have to resubmit. You can tab the status to check the reason why you have been rejected.
* Verified status: Your document has been approved.
(12) After being approved, please check your email. You will receive an email that has the ID and Password which will be used to login to the MT5 trading platform/terminal (https://www.metatrader5.com/en/download)
(13) Please also deposit your account so you can start trading!
