🔐 How to Change Your MT5 Password
We will guide you through the process of changing your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) password via the bitcastle platform and directly from the MT5.

🏰 Change MT5 Password via bitcastle 🏰

[PC Web Version]
①Log in to your bitcastle account and click “Switch to FX”.
②Click “More” in the account section.
③Select “Change MT5 Password”.

[Mobile App Version]
①Log in to the bitcastleFX app.
②Tap the ☰ (three lines) icon to open the Account details.
③Tap “More” in the account section.
④Select “Change MT5 Password”.

🔸Common Steps (Both PC & Mobile)
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Please follow the password rules below:
Between 8 and 50 characters
Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters
Includes at least one number and one symbol
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email.
Enter the verification code in the “Email Verification Code” field and click “Confirm” or “Verify”.
✅ Success! Your password has been changed.

 

📈 Change Password Directly on MetaTrader 5 📈

[PC (Windows/macOS)]
①Open the MetaTrader 5 application and log in to your bitcastle MT5 account.
②Open the Navigator panel, right-click your account, and select “Change Password”.
③Enter your current (master) password.
④Choose the password type you want to change:
*Note:
Master Password: for the account that has full authority (trading, deposit, withdraw etc)
Investor Password: for the account that can “read - only”  
⑤ Fill the new password and confirm new password then tap “Ok”

[Mobile App (iOS/Android)]
①Open the MetaTrader 5 app and go to “Settings”.
②Tap your account login section at the top.
③Tap your account information.
④Tap “Change Password”.
⑤Choose the password type:
*Note:
Master Password: for the account that has full authority (trading, deposit, withdraw etc)
Investor Password: for the account that can “read - only”  
⑥Fill the current password, the new password, reconfirm new password then tap “Change”
