Please follow these steps for an FX deposit through PayPal:
Important Pre-Check Before Depositing Funds
※ Deposits through PayPal are currently only available via the mobile web.
※ Please have your credit or debit card information ready.
※ To ensure a smooth redirection to the payment page, please enable pop-ups using the following steps:
[For Safari on iPhone]
1, Open Settings on your iPhone.
2, Select Safari.
3, Turn off “Block Pop-ups.”
[For the Chrome App]
1, Open the Chrome App.
2 Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the bottom right corner.
3, Select Settings.
4, Go to Content Settings and turn off “Block Pop-ups.”
[Mobile Web]
1, Log in to bitcastle.
2, Tap "Start FX Trading" in the center of the screen.
3, Tap "Deposit".
4, Select JPY under "Deposit Currency", and choose the FX account number (MT5 ID) in which you want to deposit under "Deposit Destination (MT5 ID)".
5, Select "Credit Card (No Fee)" as the "Deposit Method".
6, Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the "Deposit Amount" field. The deposit amount must be between 30,000 - 10,000,000 JPY.
7, Check the expected amount to be received, carefully read the "Deposit Process After Application", and then tap "Submit Deposit Request".
8, Confirm the deposit amount, expected amount to be received, and FX account number (FXID), then tap "Complete Application and Deposit".
9, You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.
▶ If you already have a PayPal account (with verified identity)
Log in to the PayPal payment page and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the card deposit process.
▶ If you do not have a PayPal account
Click the "Pay with Debit or Credit card" button at the bottom of the PayPal payment page, enter the email, the required card information, and complete the process.
10, These are the information that need to be filled:
- Country, email address, Phone number, Card information
- Billing address
- Continue with creating password, filling Date of Birth & ID number
- If you have read the T&C, kindly check the box and choose "Agree and Pay"
⚠️ Important Notes
- After submitting the deposit request, you must complete the payment via PayPal within 72 hours.
- Be sure to use a card registered under the account holder’s name.
- If your card payment fails, please contact your card issuer directly.
