**How to Download the MT4 App**
【PC】
1. Log in to your bitcastle account.
2. Click on ""Start FX Trading →"".
3. Hover over “Service Info” at the top of the screen and click “What is FX Trading?”.
4. Scroll down and click “Download →” under the “Why Choose MT4/MT5” section.
5. Under the “Platform” section, select “Download MT4”.
6. From the six available versions, choose the MT4 app that matches your device and click “Download”.
7. You will be taken to the app download screen. Tap “Install”.
8. Once installation is complete, log in using your FX account number (MT4 ID) and password to start trading.
【Mobile Web】
1. Log in to your bitcastle account.
2. Scroll down and tap “Check Now” under the MT5 section.
3. Scroll down again and tap “Download →” under the “Why Choose MT4/MT5” section.
4. Under the “Platform” section, select “Download MT4”.
5. From the six available versions, choose the MT4 app that matches your device and tap “Download”.
6. You will be taken to the app download screen. Tap “Install”.
7. Once installation is complete, log in using your FX account number (MT4 ID) and password to start trading.
**Note:**
Please be aware that the bitcastle app (blue icon) and the bitcastleFX app (green icon) do not support MT4.
