🔄 **Transfer Instructions**
1. Log in to the [bitcastleFX website](https://bitcastle.io)
→ Click **“Start FX Trading.”**
2. On the top page, click the **“Transfer”** button.
3. Select the **source account** and **destination account**, then enter the **amount to transfer**.
4. Click the **“Transfer”** button.
➡️ Transfers are usually reflected in the destination account **within 10 minutes**.
⚠️ **If the Transfer is Not Reflected**
If more than 10 minutes have passed and the funds have not appeared in your destination account, please contact Customer Support with the following details:
