We will guide you through the steps to download the MT5 platform.
Please note that the app version of bitcastle does not currently support bitcastle FX.
[PC web]
①Log in to bitcastle.
②Hover over "FOREX" at the top of the screen.
③Click on "What is FX (MT5) Trading."
[Mobile web]
①Log in to bitcastle.
②Tap the three-line icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
③Tap "FOREX" and then tap "What is FX (MT5) Trading".
The following steps are common for both PC and mobile:
④Scroll down the screen and tap "Download MT5 →."
⑤Choose the appropriate MT5 app for your device from the six options provided.
⑥You will be taken to the app download screen. Tap "Install."
⑦Once the installation is complete, log in with your MT5 ID and password to start Trading.
