If you’re unable to log in on the MT5 platform for PC, please try the following:
✅ Step 1: Check Login Credentials
Make sure you are entering the **correct login information**:
* **Login ID** (account number)
* **Password** (check for typos and correct case)
* **Server name** (e.g., `bitcastle-Live`)
> Your credentials were sent to your registered email when the MT5 account was created.
🔀 Step 2: Confirm Internet Connection
Ensure your device has a **stable internet connection**.
Try opening a website to confirm you're online.
🖥️ Step 3: Confirm Server Selection
1. Open MT5.
2. Go to **File** → **Login to Trade Account**.
3. Re-enter your **Login ID**, **Password**, and select the correct **Server**.
* For example: `bitcastle-Live`
4. Click **Login**.
🔑 Step 4: Check Password Type
If you're logging in with a **read-only (investor) password**, you won’t be able to place trades.
To enable trading, log in with the **Master Password**.
📶 Step 5: Look at the Connection Status
Check the **bottom right corner** of the MT5 platform:
* If it says **"No Connection"**, the platform isn't communicating with the server.
* Try restarting MT5 or your PC.
* Try switching networks (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile tethering).
🔍 Step 6: Clear Cache (Optional)
In rare cases, corrupted configuration files can cause login issues.
