Where can I see the status of my transactions?

You can check the trading status on bitcastleFX using the following steps:

[PC]

1. Log in to bitcastle.
2. Hover your cursor over 'Order History' at the top of the screen and click on 'FX (MT5)'.
3. In 'Open Orders,' you can view the current trading status. 'Closed Orders' will display information about completed trades.


[Mobile]

1. Log in to bitcastle.
2. Tap on the person icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Tap on 'Order History' and then select 'FX (MT5)'.
4. In 'Open Orders,' you can view the current trading status. 'Closed Orders' will display information about completed trades.
