How do I make an FX withdrawal?

Here are the withdrawal procedures:

【PC】
1. Log in to bitcastle. Choose "Switch to FX"

2. Choose and tap "Your Wallet"

3. Click on "Withdraw"

【Mobile Web】
1. Log in to bitcastle. Click on the 3 line icon and choose "Switch to FX"

2. Tap the human-shaped icon and choose "Your Wallet".

3. Choose "Withdraw"

【App】
1. Log into bitcastleFX App.
2. Choose Withdraw button right on the main screen.

The following steps are common for PC, Mobile Web and App:

4. Select the currency you want to withdraw.
5. Choose "Japanese Yen Bank Transfer - ¥2,500 (Minimum Fee)" as the withdrawal method.
6. Select your MT5 account.
7. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the "Amount" field.
• Set the withdrawal amount to be between ¥1 and ¥10,000,000. A minimum withdrawal request of ¥2,501 is required.
8. Click or tap "Withdraw."
9. From "Receiving Bank" select the bank where you want to receive the withdrawal. If your desired bank is not listed, choose "Other" under "Receiving Bank" and enter the bank name, branch, etc.
10. Confirm the details and click or tap "Confirm". Note: A withdrawal fee of ¥2,500 will be deducted, please be aware.（Effective from 6:00 PM JST on November 25th）
11. A confirmation screen will appear; review the details and click or tap "Confirm."
12. You will be asked for the Two-Factor Authentication unlock code. Enter the 6-digit code.
13. Once "Withdrawal request completed" is displayed, click or tap "OK" to close the screen.
The withdrawal process is now complete. Please note that it may take several days for the withdrawal to be reflected in your bank account, so please be patient.
