Here are the steps for the withdrawal process using Sticpay:
[PC]
1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.After logging in to bitcastle, click "Switch to FX."
3.Click on the "Wallet" icon.
4.Click "Withdraw."
[Mobile]
1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.After logging in to bitcastle, click "Switch to FX."
3.Tap the person icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Your Wallet."
4.Click "Withdraw."
The following steps are the same for both PC and Mobile Web:
5. Fill in the necessary information in each field:
• Choose the currency: Select the currency you want to withdraw. If you want to withdraw Japanese Yen, choose "JPY."
• Withdrawal method: Select "Sticpay - Free."
• Account: Choose the MT5 ID for the withdrawal. If you have multiple MT5 accounts, you can select the one you want to withdraw from by clicking the dropdown arrow.
• Your Sticpay account: Enter the email address registered with your Sticpay account.
• Withdrawal amount / Expected receipt amount: This is the amount that will be reflected in your Sticpay account after the withdrawal. Note that setting a withdrawal amount in the range of ¥5,000 and ¥10,000,000 is required.（Effective from October 1st at 12:00 AM JST）
6. After verifying all the details, click on "Withdraw."
With these steps, the withdrawal process will be complete. Please be aware that it may take several days for the withdrawal to be completed and reflected in your bank account."
