2. Tap the person icon on the top right corner of the screen.

1. Log in to the bitcastleFX app.

2. Incorrect password:
Make sure you are using the correct password when logging in. If you don't remember your password, it should be included in the registration email sent to you. The subject of the email is "【bitcastle】 Welcome to bitcastle's MT5 Account Details." Please check your email folders, including spam or junk folders, for this email.
3. Incorrect server:
Ensure that you are connected to the correct server, "bitcastleLLC." On PC, open the MT5 app, and the server name will be displayed at the top of the screen. On mobile, open the MT5 app, tap "Settings" at the bottom of the screen, and check the server name displayed in the top field.
